SocialContactApp Privacy Policy

Fu Xin Co., Ltd. (the "Company") operates SocialContactApp (https://socialcontactapp.net, the "Website"). Under Article 8 and other provisions of Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act (the "PDPA"), this Policy explains how the Website collects, processes and uses your personal data. It applies to all language versions of the Website; if the versions differ, the Traditional Chinese version prevails.

Article 1. Data collector

Personal data on the Website is collected by Fu Xin Co., Ltd. (Taiwan business ID 58293623).

Article 2. Purposes of collection

The Company collects, processes and uses your personal data for the following specific purposes (the numbers are the statutory purpose codes):

1. 069 Contract, quasi-contract or other legal relationship affairs; 148 Online shopping and other e-commerce services: member registration and login, order processing, payment, top-ups and balance management, refunds and API services.

2. 090 Consumer and customer management and services: support enquiries, order issues, password resets and important notices, member levels.

3. 063 Collection, processing and use of personal data by non-government agencies under statutory obligations: issuing e-invoices, keeping accounting records, and responding to lawful requests from competent or judicial authorities.

4. 137 Information and communication security and management: login protection, rate limiting, fraud and abuse prevention, security records and audits.

5. 157 Surveys, statistics and research analysis: analysing use of the Website with Google Analytics to improve the Services.

6. 040 Marketing: measuring advertising results and serving ads with the Meta (Facebook) Pixel.

7. 181 Other business consistent with the registered business items or articles of incorporation: other matters necessary to operate the Website.

Article 3. Categories of personal data

Depending on the features you use, the Company may collect the following data (statutory category codes in brackets):

1. Account data: account name, email address, password (stored only as a hash; the Company cannot know the original password), the Google account email when you log in with Google, balance, member level and creation time (C001 identifying an individual, C093 financial transactions).

2. Login and security data: login sessions, IP addresses (for rate limiting, login protection and security records) and audit records (C001).

3. Order data: target links, quantities, countries, lists of names, approval passwords, LINE IDs, order status and progress (C001, C091 goods or services obtained by the data subject).

4. Payment and balance data: payment provider, amount, the provider's transaction number, payment status, balance change records, and the bank account or cryptocurrency wallet address you give when requesting a refund. The Company does not store full credit card numbers (C002 identifying finances, C093).

5. E-invoice data: carrier type and number, donation code, business ID, buyer name and email address (C001, C093).

6. Support data: messages you leave in the chat window, processed by a support system the Company develops and operates itself (C132 unclassified data).

7. API data: API keys and API usage counts (C001).

8. Browsing data: login and language-preference cookies, and page views, registration, purchase and similar events with related browser and device information recorded by Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel (C001, C036 lifestyle).

If the data you provide concerns other people (for example names in a list of names, or links to other people's accounts), please make sure you have lawful authorisation or otherwise comply with the law.

Article 4. Sources of data

1. Provided by you: when you register, order, pay, enter invoice details, contact support or request a refund.

2. Generated automatically: cookies, IP addresses, login and activity records created when you use the Website.

3. Provided by third parties: Google (your email when you log in with a Google account), payment providers (payment results, transaction numbers) and suppliers of resold services (order status and progress).

Article 5. Period, region, recipients and manner of use

1. Period: from collection until the purpose no longer exists; data that must be kept by law, or is needed to handle disputes or prevent fraud, is kept for the periods in Article 9.

2. Region: Taiwan, and the regions where the service providers in Article 6 or their equipment are located (which may be outside Taiwan; see Article 8).

3. Recipients: the Company; the service providers in Article 6 (only as needed for their services); authorities entitled by law to request the data (for example judicial and tax authorities); and recipients you have agreed to.

4. Manner: collection, processing, use and international transfer by automated or non-automated means within the purposes above.

Article 6. Service providers

The Company provides data to the following service providers only to the extent necessary:

These service providers process data under their own privacy policies.

Article 7. Cookies and similar technologies

1. The Website uses: (1) a login cookie to keep you logged in (strictly necessary); (2) a language-preference cookie to remember your language; and (3) cookies or similar technologies of Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to analyse use of the Website and measure advertising results.

2. You can refuse or clear cookies in your browser settings. Refusing the login cookie means member features cannot be used; after clearing the language cookie you may need to choose your language again; refusing analytics or advertising cookies does not affect ordering or payment.

3. You can also opt out of analytics or advertising tracking with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout) and Meta's ad preferences (https://www.facebook.com/adpreferences).

Article 8. International transfers

Cloudflare transports and processes data through its global network; Google, Meta, NOWPayments, Resend and some suppliers may also process or store data outside Taiwan. The Company transfers data internationally only as necessary for the purposes in Article 2, and complies with Article 21 of the PDPA and any restrictions set by the competent authority.

Article 9. Retention

1. Account data: kept while the account exists; after the account is deleted, it is deleted or de-identified within 30 days, except for the data below that must be kept by law or to handle disputes.

2. Order, payment, balance change and e-invoice data: transaction and accounting records, kept under the Business Entity Accounting Act and other laws (for example accounting vouchers are kept for at least five years after the annual closing).

3. Approval passwords and lists of names: used only to fulfil that order, and deleted or masked after the order ends (approval passwords within 30 days, lists of names within 90 days).

4. IP addresses and security records are kept for 1 year; support messages for 2 years; audit records with the transaction records.

5. Cookies and analytics data: according to each cookie's lifetime and the policies of Google and Meta.

When the retention period ends or the purpose no longer exists, the Company deletes, destroys or de-identifies the data.

Article 10. Security

The Company takes reasonable security measures, including HTTPS encryption in transit, hashed passwords, payment details entered on the payment provider's page without the Company storing full card numbers, restricted internal access, login protection and rate limiting, and masking of query strings in request logs. No transmission over the internet is completely secure; if personal data is stolen, leaked, altered or otherwise compromised, the Company will notify you in an appropriate way after investigating.

Article 11. Your rights and how to exercise them

1. Under Article 3 of the PDPA, you may: (1) inquire about or request to review your personal data; (2) request copies; (3) request supplementation or correction; (4) request that collection, processing or use stop; and (5) request deletion.

2. How: email b071283@gmail.com from your registered email address with your account name and request. To protect your data, the Company first verifies your identity (for example by asking you to reply from your registered email or by checking account details) and may wait until verification is complete; if you can no longer use your registered email, please say so in your message and the Company will verify your identity another way.

3. Time limits: the Company decides whether to grant a request to inquire, review or obtain copies within 15 days, and a request to supplement, correct, stop or delete within 30 days. These may be extended once (by up to 15 and 30 days respectively), with the reason given in writing.

4. Fees: no fee when provided electronically; for paper copies or large volumes, the Company may charge the necessary cost under Article 14 of the PDPA, after telling you in advance.

5. The Company may decline to delete or stop using data that must be kept by law or is necessary for its business (for example orders in progress, transaction and invoice data that must be kept by law, or handling disputes), and will tell you why.

6. Deleting your account: apply as in item 2; after verifying your identity, confirming there are no orders in progress and settling the remaining balance, the Company closes the account and deletes the data under Article 9.

7. Marketing: you may ask the Company at any time to stop using your data for marketing; to opt out of Pixel advertising tracking, see Article 7.

Article 12. If you do not provide personal data

You are free to choose whether to provide personal data. However, without the data needed for registration (account name, email and password, or Google login), the necessary order information or payment details, the Company cannot create your account, process your order or complete payment; incomplete invoice details may affect issuing or sending the e-invoice; for the effect of refusing cookies, see Article 7.

Article 13. Minors

Minors under 18 may use the Website and provide personal data only with the consent of their legal representative.

Article 14. Third-party websites

The Website may link to third-party websites such as payment pages and social platforms; their handling of personal data is governed by their own privacy policies.

Article 15. Changes to this Policy

The Company may revise this Policy and will publish the revision on the Website with an updated date; for material changes (for example new purposes, data categories or recipients), it will also notify you by email or announce them prominently on the Website.
