Can you buy LINE OpenChat members? Price, speed and what to know
SocialContactApp · Fu Xin Co., Ltd. · Updated 2026-10-05
"Can I buy members for my LINE OpenChat?" Yes. Buying members means a provider's LINE accounts join your OpenChat through its invite link, so the member count goes up. This guide uses the services SocialContactApp actually offers: when it makes sense, price and speed, how to order, and what it cannot do.
What is a member-adding service?
The provider's LINE accounts join your OpenChat through the invite link you supply, so the member count increases. They are service accounts: the OpenChat looks bigger, but more members does not mean people will post, engage or buy. An active community still needs content and moderation.
A LINE OpenChat holds up to 5,000 members (the admin can set a lower limit); a regular LINE group holds about 500. Check that your OpenChat's member limit leaves room for the new members before you order.
When does it make sense?
- A new OpenChat that needs a basic size before you promote it.
- A course, event or group-buy OpenChat that must reach a certain size quickly.
- You want the OpenChat to look established when people find or share it.
If you expect new members to chat, buy or stay involved, a member-adding service is not the right tool; spend the budget on content and promotion first.
How much does it cost?
LINE OpenChat members are priced per member in USD (TWD at 1 USD = NT$32). Current prices are below; the order page always shows the price that applies:
| Service | For | Price per member | Per order |
|---|---|---|---|
| 20001 standard | OpenChats without approval or join password | USD 0.124 (about NT$3.97) | 10–1,500 |
| 20002 approval | OpenChats where the admin approves each member | USD 0.217 (about NT$6.94) | 10–1,500 |
| 20005 custom names | You supply a name for every member | USD 0.217 (about NT$6.94) | 50–1,500 names |
For example, 100 members for a standard OpenChat cost about USD 12.40 (about NT$397).
How long does it take?
Orders usually start being processed on the day they are placed and typically gain from a few dozen to about a hundred members a day, so 100 members usually take about 1–3 days. Actual speed depends on the joining method, approval conditions and current load; the Orders page shows live progress.
For larger numbers, split the order or use Daily Schedule in the member center to spread it over several days.
Approval, join passwords and custom names
- OpenChats anyone can join: choose 20001 and give the invite link and quantity.
- OpenChats that need admin approval: choose 20002 and fill in the approval details on the form.
- OpenChats with a join password: neither service supports them at the moment; remove the password before ordering.
- Members with names you choose: choose 20005, one name per line; a name can be used only once in the same OpenChat.
What are the risks?
- LINE manages accounts and OpenChats under its own rules and may restrict or remove accounts; we cannot guarantee how the platform acts.
- The members are service accounts and do not interact like real members.
- While an order is running, do not delete or reset the invite link, change the joining method or remove members who have joined.
- If some places cannot be completed (for example the link stopped working or a name is already taken), check the status and reason on the Orders page and contact support with the order number.
Follow LINE's terms of use and the law; do not use the service for fraud, impersonation or anything illegal.

FAQ
Q: Will people notice that members were bought?
New members appear in the OpenChat member list, which other members can see. They are service accounts, and we cannot guarantee that others or the platform will not notice; grow naturally at the same time and avoid sudden jumps.
Q: How many members can I buy at once?
The per-order limit depends on the service (for example 1,500 for 20001), and an OpenChat holds up to 5,000 members. For more, split the order or use Daily Schedule.
Q: Will the members leave later?
Some accounts may leave because of platform rules or account changes. Changes after completion are not covered by the service; contact support with your order number if anything is unclear.
Q: Can I choose the members' country?
For 20001 and 20002 you can choose accounts from Taiwan, Thailand, Japan or Korea; the order page shows the current options.
Q: How can I pay?
By credit card, ATM transfer or convenience-store payment through ECPay, or by cryptocurrency through NOWPayments, as shown at checkout; the minimum TWD payment is NT$15.
