Q: Do you support approval-required groups? What if a password is needed?
Yes. When you order service 20005 “LINE OpenChat custom names”, the form has an optional “approval password” field. If you fill it in, the system enters the password automatically when joining to pass the approval. Leave it empty for groups without an approval password.
Q: Can I choose the name of each member who joins?
Yes. With service 20005 you provide a list of names (one per line) and the system joins the LINE OpenChat with each name. Note: a LINE account can only use one name in one OpenChat (a LINE platform limit).
Q: Will I get a refund if an order fails?
First check the current status and the reason for the failure on the Orders page, then contact support with your order number. Cancellations and refunds are reviewed against the actual payment, completion status and service conditions.
Q: Which payment methods do you accept?
Taiwan ECPay credit card and ATM transfer, and cryptocurrency via NOWPayments (BTC, USDT, ETH and more). You can order once your top-up is credited. Your balance is kept in USD (TWD payments through ECPay are converted automatically at 1 USD = 32 TWD).
Q: Can you issue an invoice or a company invoice for expense claims?
Yes. We are Fu Xin Co., Ltd. (賦新有限公司, a registered Taiwan company) and can issue Taiwan e-invoices. If you need a company title on the invoice, contact support at b071283@gmail.com.
