LINE is the most widely used messaging platform in Taiwan and the core of the services we run ourselves. Unlike other platforms, which go through suppliers worldwide, LINE services are operated by us. [20001] LINE OpenChat service
Provide the LINE OpenChat link and the target quantity. Do not set a join password on the OpenChat.
[20002] LINE OpenChat service (approval mode)
Use this service if your LINE OpenChat requires approval to join. Do not set a join password on the OpenChat.
[20003] LINE Official Account blocked users
This service blocks users of the Official Account so future ads are not sent to them, saving promotion costs.
[20004] LINE Official Account regular users
These are regular users of the LINE Official Account and can be targeted by future ad broadcasts.
[20005] LINE OpenChat custom names
Choose the names of the members who join the LINE OpenChat; enter one name per line.
[20006] OpenChat / group read mode (monthly)
After purchase, messages in the specified LINE OpenChat or group link are marked as read every day. Valid for 30 days; it stops automatically when it expires and can be renewed on the Orders page.
[20007] Regular group mode
LINE regular group mode, currently mainly for the Taiwan region.
[20012] LINE Official Account friends (special service)
Provide the campaign link that includes the referrer ID; we add the Official Account through that link, so the friends count toward that referrer’s results. Each of our accounts can add the same Official Account only once, so available quantity is limited by our account pool.

Q: How are LINE services different from other platforms?
LINE services are run by us and support advanced options such as custom names and approval passwords. Please check each service description for joining methods and conditions.
Q: What is the difference between LINE OpenChat, Official Accounts and custom names?
LINE OpenChat means joining a public chat room, Official Account (@xxx) means growing the friend count, and custom names (service 20005) means joining the OpenChat with the list of names you provide.
Q: Do you support approval-required groups?
Yes. Enter the approval password when ordering and the system uses it to pass the LINE OpenChat approval.
Q: Will I get a refund if it fails?
First check the current status and the reason for the failure on the Orders page, then contact support with your order number. Cancellations and refunds are reviewed against the actual payment, completion status and service conditions.
